In order to access to FloristChat, you must first create an account, providing necessary personal information, such as your email address and password to protect your FloristChat account from any unauthorized access. In FloristChat, history of all conversation will be recorded and be kept confidential.

- Limiting use, disclosure and retention

Applicant's information are used internally to deliver the best possible services to them, such as improving the FloristChat interface and maintaining a consistent and reliable user experiences. We will never disclose, share, transfer or sell personal identifiable information to any 3rd party. We do not keep personal information longer than is necessary for purpose at which they are collected. On a regular basis, we will delete activity information associated with your account.

When using FloristChat, it allows you to make your choices of information that you will wish to disclose to any other users who are in your account.

- Flexibility Usage

FloristChat allows flexibility in the usage of the service, allowing the users to alter their account setting at any moment. For instances, you can modify your online status or even block other users through the interface.

You can uninstall FloristChat software at any time through the Add and remove programme control panel. When you uninstall the software, FloristChat and its copies of all the items are deleted from your computer. Your other files and applications remain unaffected. You may delete your contact information and chat history that you have stored in your Gmail. Alternatively, you may wish to delete your Gmail account from the FloristChat Account Page. Because of the way we maintain this service, such deleting may not be immediate and residual copies may remains on backup media.
